Generally female, an official "row rat" is characterized by hotness, a propensity for rock star style partying, and a reluctance to spend fewer than 20 days out of any 30 day period at The Row. The most successful "row rats" have been able to infiltrate the Santana Row society to such an extent that they are able to throw parties at the Santana Row pool facilities.
