A response that neither confirms nor denies the existence or nonexistence.

My source is
DOD regulation 5400.7 paragraphs C3.2.1.6.5 and C3.2.1.7.1.3.1 These paragraphs have to do with the freedom of information act (FOIA). It is a method of denying information considered exempt by the act.

The first time was used was a response from the CIA to a FOIA request. It was dealing with the Glomar Explorer, a ship supposedly built to recover a sunken russian sub. That is how it got its name.
The accused responded with a glomar response. His exact words were "I can neither confirm nor deny my presence at that donut shop during they day and time stated."

(n) A type of response in which the sender types a long, formal and neat e-mail, only to get an extremely brief response.
The student, or sender's email:
Dear Professor, regarding your current work of study, I recently discovered that your field of work has been a long-time academic interest of mine. I know that you are a busy man, but would it be rude of me to inquire if there was any type of research or assistance that a student could possibly involve him or herself with? If not, I would completely understand. However, please note my current grades and classes would prove as ample evidence as to my worth.
Sincerely, John Doe (#555555555)

Social responsibility is voluntary; it is about going above and beyond what is called for by the law(legal responsibility). It involves an idea that it is better to be proactive toward a problem rather than reactive to a problem. Social responsibility means eliminating corrupt, irresponsible or unethical behavior that might bring harm to the community, its people, or the environment before the behavior happens.
Social responsibility is exercised when people connect ideals in person or over the internet and take action against the corrupt powers that control our social settings.

A phrase or setence of which used that is not appropriate or not rellevant to a question or statement. The stupid response tends to be some thing undescribably odd to read or look at and alsi tends to come from someone who is also stupid. Could also come from someone who is not paying attention to the conversation.
This is a stupid response (person 2):
Person 1:Man my best friend just got hit by 2 cars. one took off and the other guy stayed and helped. But he has a dislocated leg, broken spine broken hip and road rash.
Person 2:lol, nice :D or Awesome!XD
