Acronym for red bandanna kid. RBK is infamous for wearing his trademark red bandanna and humping fire hydrants and various other objects. He is most often spotted on College Ave with various signs on his back...usually about something stupid or sexual.

A very violent gang, RBK Real Blood Killers is a gang started in the east and is obviously a blood gang. This gang is extremely dangerous if you see one of the members I advise u walk the other way.
Yo you heard that kid from down the street got arrested for murder, Yea it’s so crazy I heard he was part of RBK I would not want any of my kids near any of them members.
