A rash resembling the first stages of Herpes, normally showes up on parts of the body that come into contact of sluty rats aka slut rats dirty body parts. Often smells like foul vagina secretion.
"Hey Tiff check this out, I went out last night and woke up with this rash" Laura begins to lift her shirt up and Tiff begins to smell an odor she once smelled before taking her shower and imediatly yelled out to Larua, "RATCRAWL you have ratcrawl"!
