There's a difference between disliking a people and HATING them.Pre-judging someone and distrusting them or exercising caution towards them based on your experience with them and your disdain for their behaviours and actions isn't the least bit racist because that does not mean that you HATE them.Furthermore if people give you a reason to HATE them then maybe you are to blame?
A true racist is someone who hates an entire ethnic group of people such as all white or all black people and wants to take systematic action against them in the form of violence or suppression.

Why must we all be such racist whores. At each others necks with knives waiting for someone to do something racist. Hey assholes, count how many fingers you have, then have another ethnic person count how many fingers they have. OH MY GOD WE ALL HAVE 5 FINGERS!!!! How strange! I think we are all equally racist. Whites, blacks, jews, indians, asians, arabians, christians, retards, gays, and genders, we like to up our standards by putting down someone else's. A Person who believes that people of other back grounds and ethnicities are inherently inferior to their own and express their opinion through freedom of speech.

The feeling that one race is superior to another. I don't care what you say every single person in the world is a little bit racist. Despite popular beliefs racism is not exclusive to caucasians. Nor is it exclusive to Native Americans, Africans, African Americans, Spainards, Mexicans or any other race.
