When a woman's nipples become puffy and round, becoming soft and dry to the touch. This is usually caused by sleepiness, or lack thereof.
"Hey, Anita, your nips look weird."
"Well sure, Hunter, they're puffy nips. I've gotten no sleep cause I was shooting up all night."

A severe disorder of the breast tissue suffered by maturing teens. Similar to nipple rock, where the glands grow at an exponential rate. You are advised to contact a medical professional immediately if you or anyone you love is suffering from puffy teen nips.
