Primpy/bitch ass/too softcore
1. Can be used as a noun or adjective
2. A term that the lower class (usually or anyone can use this too) use to describe something upper class.
Ex: Two rich upper class women that do nothing but gossip, get their hair done, drink, and believe everything other than an activity of that degree is too hardcore.
*Note: the r is rolled. The word is pronounced with a latin flair
