Someone who always tries to kick somebody out of somewhere or something (or get them kicked out) and look badass while doing it.
The mall cop rolled up his/her sleeves so that he/she could show off his her tattoos (and power) to everybody in the group, and told them they must have a death wish by being there at the mall, since nobody was allowed in his/her mall after 5 PM. The extreme poser got off on kicking people out of public places.

He/ she was the kind of xtreme poser that made people hate doing things and going places that were already dull even more. Nobody was going to miss his/her bullshit.
