It is listed in the oldest Webster's Dictionary as such, (plus, I'm from there!!) Common areas/landmarks in Podunk: Podunk Cemetary, High Rocks, Lake Lashaway, Devil's Kitchen, Hayden Lodge, Union Chapel. Also, the birthplace of Connie Mack!
