Pocket Rocket is an expression used in Poker (Texas Holdem) when you get dealt a pair of aces. This is the best possible starting hand. It can also be referred to when people get extremely lucky (because the odds of getting dealt a pair of aces are minimal). For example being born with great looks or qualities.
