Someone that was born in and never leaves the state of Pennsylvania. Usually due to either being broke, redneck, white trash, or a bozo that is afraid of traveling. Typically these people are set in their ways and have no idea how to act at a fancy restaurant or higher class social gathering due to being uncultured.
Man did you hear Jimmy just turned 35...he still lives at home with his 300lb mom in her trailer in honey brook. He's a pa lifer , he ain't ever going anywhere.
