An acronym in forum-based RPGs meaning "of the month". It is often used for sites that have been active for over a month. Players are asked to nominate and then vote for the characters they think should win.

Over The Mountain--refers to the rich white snobs who live in communities over Red Mountain from downtown Birmingham and depend on the city for essential services yet refuse to pay a dime to subsidize it.
I got stuck in traffic on 280 because all of the OTM crowd was trying to get out of town before dark.
