Intelligence agency term for "psychological operation". A government or corporate-sponsored operation, usually taking the form of a "terrorist attack" or "crazed gunman on a spree", with the intent of panicking the public into demanding more police and laws inhibiting freedom. Psyops are usually carried out by drugging a civilian or group of civilians with aggression-promoting drugs, psyching them up, arming them, and sending them out to commit mayhem. The act of inserting a man's penis (oogala) into a woman's vagina (boogala). Oogala Boogala's formal definition is the act of sexual intercourse put into lamens term for young children. First heard by sex-ed teacher in the sixth grade as to not say the word "sex" but rather another name that would be humorous to children.
Child: "Mommy, what are they doing in the movie?"
Mom: "Sally, they are simply just having oogala boogala."
