One shot and its over. No need for a second shot. This term is used both literally and figuratively.
The intruder broke through her door and she fired her gun. Her aim was on point. It was a one and done shot!

"Bi wife energy" is a term that was coined through a song by the user @/cringelizard on Tik Tok to describe the energy that Misha Collins radiates, explaining it with the fact that he is married to a bisexual woman, Victoria Vantoch. The full song can be found on all music streaming services and YouTube.
People with bi wife energy are fiercely supportive of the LGBTQ+ community, their love for their spouse, if they have one, is strong and people sometimes assume they are queer.
In their first video about this, @/cringelizard referred to Misha as a "hetero guy", but amended in a later added verse that the actor does not like labels.
The term "bi wife energy" can be used for people of all genders, regardless of relationship status, although "bi husband energy" has also been used in several videos across Tik Tok.
---------------------------------------------
Lyric excerpt:
(Verse 2)
Now sometimes people assume I'm queer
And I have to say, hey! just a straight guy here
But I get it a lot, and I don't mean to be cruel
It's just that my wife is a bisexual
(Chorus)
Bi wife energy
He has bi wife energy
BI wife energy (yeah)
He has bi wife energy

Your take on recruiting "One-and-Dones" - I have seen a few interesting points on both sides of this argument on various boards, aso I thought I would make a place to consolidate them. What is the take on KU going after some guys that will likely be moving on to the NBA draft after one season in college? - CBSSports.com

To sleep with someone once and that's it. Usually done to someone you're just not that into or has 2+ brat kids you can't afford or don't want to take care of. A one night stand, same as "hit it and quit it" and "fuck and chuck." Named after the NBA rule.
George Clooney and John Mayer are famous one and doner's.
Ted:"Man I wish I could go out tonight and pick up some strange but the wife is up waiting with the kids."
Bill:"Screw all the drama, taking care of kids, expense and sexual monotony a relationship is..I'm a one and done kind of guy!"

When a group of co-workers go to the local bar for 1 drink after a long work day. One and done's usually involve trash talking and extremely inappropriate conversations that make other people at the bar feel uncomfortable. It is very common that the participants of one and done will have more than just one drink. However, the term was created to make people feel better about their life choices

The action of leaving the lobby in a Fighting Game like Street Fighter or Super Smash Bros after winning 1 time after losing consecutively against the same person. Hence the name- "One and Done"
*Player 1 beats Player 2 8 times in a row. Player 2 then wins game 9 and leaves the lobby instantly after the win.*
Player 1: "Lmao the One and Done"

When one trys to do something once and that is all that is needed, or when one simply performs a task once and it is complete.
This can be used even when playing sport and you only win by one score. Aswell as when you go to a fast food restrant that often makes mistakes with your order, but thay get it right first time. It is a statement or decliration stateing that you only had to try something once and then the task was completed requireing no more effort.
