A type of Jedi mind trick used by sharp suited, quick witted sales people to sell a product or service by diverting the client from the point or issue they want to address to the point they want to them to focus on.
the client was focused on the price of the solution, but he/she gave them the old Jazz Hands and got them to agree the price was insignificant compared to the overall value the solution was going to deliver.
