Used by fully sick bros instead of "cool". By the end of 2002 it was more commonly used than "fully sick" or "who let the dogs out"

Description of something being hectic. Most often used to describe a situation in which everything is a mess, or when there is so much to do you have no idea where to begin. Reffers to an overloading amount that is completely unorganized
