a person that steals your weed and is a piece of trash that does not contribute to anything. someone that starts shit with people just to do so and this leads to an epic ass beating. someone who can handle their alcohol and tries to slam everyone around him so he feels better about his shitty life.
Guy 1: *sitting in car with another buddy*
Guy 2: *approaches car* "hey fucktards"
Guy 1: tells him to move his arm and doesnt so just rolls window up on his arm... he was warned that window was going up after all...
Guy 2: "ill fuck you up. ill break this fuckin window and then imma fuck you up"
Friend: "O shit this guy is being a complete Obie right now"
Guy 2: continues to make an ass of himself by swinging at Guy 1 and falls over
2 hours later Guy 2 tries to fight another person
