When a man is having sex with a woman, and upon reaching the point when he is about to ejaculate, he pulls out and prepares to facialize her, and instead aims solely in her hair so that it resembles a nun habit (a nun's hat) and then proceeds to bite her on the nose.
Megan: " Did you get any last night?"
Chelsea: "I got somethin..."
Megan: "What ha-happened?"
Chelsea: "Well it was going fine until Luke decided to come in my hair and bite me on the nose."
Megan: "you mean he gave you the nun bite? Man he outta his mind."
