Northside Stockton is the only place in Stockton not (for the most part) full of violence, trash, and drug users. Northside Stockton consists mostly of average people in normal areas (money wise) but compared to other parts of stockton considered rich. People move to northside Stockton to get a nice house that is a lot cheeper than the same house in nicer areas.
