Espousing a view about a subject that you know absolutely nothing about. Most nonpinions are used by uninformed people who stole those opinions from someone else, but they can't back it up due to not understanding the very subject.
Man: This guy told me that 9/11 was planned by the government, but I knew it was a nonpinion because he said, verbatim, what a character on a television show had said.
