A crushed heart has been beaten and consumed by the evil shadows and stalks the feelings of happiness, joy, trust and love only to hate them for doing this to him.

This means your heart has been used so many times, being “financed” people come and go and get rid of it when time is due. They rent your heart and let it go whenever is convenient.
