A phrase to describe someone who is cognitively degenerating. Synonym of "going off the deep end". Can have varying degrees of severity.

Reference to the song "Hey You" by Pink Floyd. The line "and the worms ate into his brain" makes no sense in an otherwise linear and literal narration throughout the lyrics.

"My boyfriend has a total case of brain worms. He told me the cat was bugged so the Feds could listen in on us having sex..."

or

"You totally stumbled over that entire sentence. Can't speak English all of a sudden? What, do you have brain worms?"

1.a substitution for the sylables at the ends of various words.(commonly used to get a laugh out of your drunk friends while shooting pool at one's girlfriend's house.

Ex.1-(Without "izzle") "Rack up the balls and lets shoot some pool."
(With "izzle") "Rizzle up the bizzles and lizzle sizzle some pizzle.
Ex.2-(Without "izzle") "I really need to take a piss very badly."

One of the many words that will not make one sound intellegent, cool, nor 'pimp.' Nizzle is a slang term for 'nigga' which was a term for a black slave, but now used as a slang term for black people to say to other blacks. If any other ethnicity uses 'nigga' the negro will be highly offended and will most likely 'cop your dome.' The word 'nizzle' was one of the many words to ruin the once-proud English language and has become one of the most annoying words in America. People who are most likely to use this word are nerds who want to sound cool, a black person who thinks nizzle sounds better then nigga, a wankster, white people who wished they were black, rapper wannabes, and people who wished they were someone like Usher.

Person #1: Dis nizzle is in tha hizzy!
Person #2: ...Tucker, what the f*ck are you babbling about?
Person #1: ...I said... "Dis nizzle is in tha hizzy!"
Person #2: Ok you just lost your speaking priviledges.
