Intelligence agency term for "psychological operation". A government or corporate-sponsored operation, usually taking the form of a "terrorist attack" or "crazed gunman on a spree", with the intent of panicking the public into demanding more police and laws inhibiting freedom. Psyops are usually carried out by drugging a civilian or group of civilians with aggression-promoting drugs, psyching them up, arming them, and sending them out to commit mayhem. A metaphoric and ad-hoc term for human suffering used paradoxically alongside "psychiatric disorder" and is often force applied just prior to what UN definition defines as psychiatric torture. There's no way of proving a "mental illness" but that won't stop Janet on facebook claiming you're "mentally ill" and "need treatment" AKA chemical or electrical alteration, just because you offended her primitive sense of reality and humour. Logic has never stopped a psychiatrist either.

Mental illness refers to a wide range of mental health conditions — disorders that affect your mood, thinking and behavior. Aka A Gianna; as most people refer to it as.
