Originating from City of Westminster, Colorado City Manager Brent McFall who withheld key information when pressed by citizens regarding money given to Wal-Mart and documented by the Rocky Mountain News.

That was a McFally when Clinton said he did not have sex with Lewinsky although he did engage in sexual conduct with her.
