Someone who is of an extreme Liberal point of view and who has elevated COVID-19 prevention or mitigation to the point of a religious persuasion as a measure of political correctness, like they have become a zealot and judge and shame others for their “lesser” measures and difference of opinion. A Masker uses COVID-19 prevention to make a display of their extreme Liberal persuasion and self-defined political correctness, especially for others to see. Reference COVIDIAN as a similar term.
“Look at those two MASKERS! They just commented to that guy because he pulled his mask down in public to take a drink of coffee!” Or, “I wash my hands frequently and wear a mask, but I'm not going all MASKER and posting on social media about how we should be keeping the mask on even while driving solo!" Or, "Dude! Why you going all MASKER on me just because I don't agree with your opinion on the 2nd Amendment!"

A decent human being that cares about people other than themself during a pandemic, or when they are generally sick, making sure to wear a mask for everyone else's safety.
