When a napkin is used to give directions to a person or describe the location of a certain place by drawing a map on it when other paper sources are scarce, for example when having coffee at a cafe.
While at a cafe:
Friend 1: "Hey, I'm going to New Zealand next week. aren't you from New Zealand? Where should I visit?"
Friend 2: "I should draw you a map, but I don't have any paper!"
Friend 1: "Here, use this napkin to make a mapkin!"
