When the florescent, lighted signs on business/corporation building’s, that say the name and/or logo, have letter or letters that have either gone out or are not there, thus missing from the business/corporation’s name and/or logo, changing the business/corporation’s name and/or logo completely. It is most easily seen at night.
While driving home from work late last night, I saw a logorenaming as Walmart changed into Wal art.

Noun: a friend who is usually only called upon by a friend when a more primary/prominent friend is unavailable.

Taken from the term “second string” in an athletic competition situation. In football, if the star quarterback gets injured during a play, the second string is called off the bench to replace him/her. A “Second String Friend” is essentially benched until needed, if ever.
