Life Burnout is that feeling of disconnectedness, disengaged-ness in your life. Sometimes it’s on the personal side, the work side and sometimes on the spiritual side.
It’s like being on the outside of your life looking in, robotically motioning through what we’re “supposed” to be doing.

Life Burnout is often caused by huge, life-changing events but it can also be caused by a lack of sleep, a sense of imbalance, monotony in the day-to-day.
