Usually paired with firing fake guns (when you point your index finger into the air and mimic gun firing). It is used at the same time as the fake gun firing when something amazing happens.

Guy 1: Dude did you have sex with that hot brunette last night?
Guy 2: Sure did...KAH KAH!
