Jovensky means gift of the sky or gift from the heavens. Jovensky is supposed to be a descendent of "son goku" . He is not literally a descendent of son goku, saying that just represents how he is also a gift from the sky just like son goku was. Goku is fictional character from a series called dragon ball z and was a gift from the sky that ended up saving the world multiple times. Jovensky is said to be a chosen from heaven for a special purpose. Some say he is might be a punisher or a half angel but the truth is only God knows what plan he had for that man.
