Woman, smart, very helpful, has a hard time saying no, is totally dedicated to family, her children and grandchildren they are the reason for her being alive, without them she would pearish. Semko is a PA slang used to call one fat or obese. It origins from Jo-Anne Semko who was thought to be really fat, so people said "You look like Jo-Anne Semko"
"You're so fat you look like Jo-Anne Semko!"
