Found in most gyms in Florida. A Grampy's Work Out consists of two sets of 10 on any machine followed by sitting and drinking coffee with other over 60's. Highly effective and life altering.

"Planet Fitness" a Health Club with a very low membership rate like 10 dollars a month. This is great for it's customers but owners of private gyms dislike them because it pushes them out of business. Private Clubs got very greedy asking for High Membership fees. Everyone can afford to belong to a Planet Fitness. The people that don't use the facility is the reason the rates are so low.
