when something is cookie...
let me explain...

first something has to be more than something
for example: "that boy is hot" then to properly respond you would say" hes more than hot...he's cookie"
everything is cookie it is as simple as that and there is nothing more than cookie...except perhaps chocolate chip cookie...but even that is sometimes not acceptable...
