instagram rp— also called ig rp— is a place where people of many roleplay styles like to be creative. that means themes, edits, or intros that relate to their character(s)’ aesthetic. there are clichés such as dark harry styles models being above six feet, false positive ariana grande models, tiktok children, etc. most people who preach about instagram rp’s potential toxic nature usually have had one or two bad experiences and begin to generalize. they also tend to forget about other communities like twitter or even facebook being the same way. if you don’t like it, please remember blocking and reporting are options as well as leaving instead of enabling behaviors by “exposing.”

ok so instagram rp is basically a toxic ass community on instagram where people originally used to rp like actually used do make characters but that’s not the rp community nowdays rp is now more about making actual online friends and making intros, edits and theme. Everyone in this community are always beefing with each other mostly about “being the most original” when actually everyone is very unoriginal except like 2 people. There are some nice ass people there but most of them are toxic Lowkey.
