These are usually attractive people gathering a following with the intention of advertising to them.

These pictures may also be of:
* an incomprehensible block of code in the text editor Sublime.

* A stack of programming books that teach unrelated languages; C++ & CSS, HTML & Objective-C
* Paper notebook with a block of syntax written on it
* multiple computers with the subjects hand on either of the keyboards
* Yoga poses with a laptop open in front of the user

* A glass of wine held out in front of a computer

v. collectively or individually finding someone/something to blame for a problem, as opposed to brainstorming which connotes finding solutions to a problem
