When you think you're just burping but bile or stomach acid bubbles up into your throat or sinues. It burns. It usually has an 'aftertaste.' If it makes it into you're mouth, that's good ol' vomiting.
I thought it was just going to be a burp, but that Mexican food gave me a lime and cilantro hot burp that burned for a half hour.
