They all hate their bosses with a passion and decide that life would be much easier without them, so they set out to kill their bosses. It also stars Kevin Spacey, Colin Farrell, and Jennifer Aniston (as the "horrible bosses"). It was released on July 8th and has received positive reviews

It means exactly what it sounds like it means. Partially horrible but when viewed in an overall sense completely awesome.

These people tend to have some sort of mental defect such as sociopathy or narcissism, though this is definitely not the rule.
