1. An item or person who is more powerful or stronger than another could quite easily 'have for breakfast' the weaker one. I.E. they could destroy it or take it down 'a peg' or two.
2. A ravishing and usually dominant individual who could quite easily pick someone to 'have for breakfast'. In this case, the result would be sex where the individual would 'call the shots' and the someone merely submit (possibly in gratitude).
