The action of turning down an individual for date. More specifically, it is due to that individual's lack of social skills, continuous rants about nonsense, and in general his/her lack of knowledge regarding the opposite sex (or same sex in cases of homosexuality). The individual being asked out is most likely bored or not interested in that other person. They usually make up excuses as to why they need to cancel the date, such as having to "work late" or "study." The person asking the other out is therefore rejected.
