What you call someone when they state the obvious about something that clearly is obvious to everyone else.
Tom and Bill are talking one day when Tom says to Bill:
"Hey Bill I was watching Queer Eye for the Straight Guy the other day. I think those five guys are gay."
Bill replies: "Really Tom? Gee your a gucking fenius!"
