A video game which has the most impressive, extraordinary, or advanced technical graphics. The Graphics King does not needs to appeal to the personal artistic tastes of a majority, it's a purely tech-driven position.
The question "what game is the graphics king?" is similar to "what's the fastest car?", not "what's the best car?". The second question involves too many variables not related to the speed of a car.

You should totally try running Skyrim at ultra settings and 4k with onboard graphics, because graphics cards are for losers.
