A phrase to describe someone who is cognitively degenerating. Synonym of "going off the deep end". Can have varying degrees of severity.

A city in Missouri in which nothing of any interest happens. No one wants to go to Gower. The people in Gower do not want to live in Gower. The existence of Gower has no meaning. It is the most pointless city to ever exist.
