an alcoholic beverage, typically in double shot size, that consists of 1 part gin and 1 part milk. the milk is given in a rocks glass, the gin in a shot glass. to shoot, one must pour the gin into the milk and take down immediately.

Gilk is the shorthand word for "gross milk".
Gross milk is synthetically created by letting a gallon of milk sit in the fridge for 2 months until it has fully curdled and smells gross. This process can be sped up by letting it sit outside in direct sunlight on a warm day.
