The ganges refers to the ganges river in India that is polluted by chemicals, human and animal shit, detergents and rotting corpses floating in it or lying washed up on the bank being eaten by hordes of feral dogs. So if you do it ganges style that meas you are doing it in the absolutely nastiest most disgusting and possibly deadly way you can.
