When a guy does something fucked up to a woman and has the grandiosity to think a woman can't or wont do it back to a man. Yet she does and even raises the stakes on his punk ass.

Used to describe someone that doesn't understand that was is good for most people is also good for them; i.e.; what is good for the goose is good for the gander!

Basically another way of saying “Take a guess”
