A common affliction among gamers where playing video games for several hours straight results in aching eyes that feel as if they are going to explode or pop out. This feeling can last for hours or maybe even the whole day.

Gamer: My gamer's eyeball is killing me, who's that on the map, n00braep?
Other Gamer: Maybe we should take a break it's three in the morning.
Gamer: Sure, but after this next checkpoint.

Gamer: Man I've got a bad case of gamer's eyeball; I can't see anything, and it hurts when I roll my eyes.
Mom: Maybe that's God telling you to do your homework.
Gamer: Get back in the kitchen.
