1. somebody who's sole purpose in life is to annoy the fuck out of everyone.

2. someone who unintentionally and consistently makes an ass of themselves.

3. an adolescent with bad teeth, spiky hair and terrible acne. does stupid shit like wear his shorts over his jeans and gobs on the sidewalk whilst waiting for bus. they tend to skate board a lot, and uses phrases like "i totally poned that", "that's dope," "heatscore", or "heaty." and refers to police as "the po", or "the cheese." they're so fucking anoying, you just want smack em one, but unfortunately they flee like rabbits when confronted unless they're with their "pack". most of them grow up to be junkies or work at mcdonalds.
