A sexual move used in the bed. First, the female will orally pleasure the man, then as the semen exits the urethra and enters the oral cavities, you violently choke her and tell her that you have herpes. She will then start to go crazy and with all of the commotion, the semen exits the nostrils. Also known as the "Alaskan Fire Dragon."
