When a woman announces her pregnancy to everyone she knows immediately after finding out she is pregnant, usually by taking an in-home pregnancy test (which involves peeing on a stick).
"Did you hear that Tim got Lucy knocked up?"
"No, how far along is she?"
"She's fresh off the stick. She just took a test this afternoon."
