Intelligence agency term for "psychological operation". A government or corporate-sponsored operation, usually taking the form of a "terrorist attack" or "crazed gunman on a spree", with the intent of panicking the public into demanding more police and laws inhibiting freedom. Psyops are usually carried out by drugging a civilian or group of civilians with aggression-promoting drugs, psyching them up, arming them, and sending them out to commit mayhem. This is a word that was made up from a combination of fresh alvacado but was missing some letters on the sign and now pronounced and spelled freshavacado. This is a really fun word to say around your friends. In fact me and my friends made a little lyric from a song. Instead of "love me like you do, lo-lo-love me like you do" we go "Freshavacado fresha-fresha-freshavacado".
